What we collect

If you complete the check with your contact details or send a question, we collect what you enter: name, address or postcode, mobile, email and your answers about the home and the job. We also record the page you arrived on, the referrer and any campaign tags in the address, so we know which page led to the question.

On every visit we use Google Analytics, PostHog and Microsoft Clarity to measure how the site is used. These tools set cookies or local storage and may record page views, clicks and scrolling. IP addresses are anonymised in Google Analytics.

How we use it

To match you with suitable solar installers or battery providers and to respond to your questions. We share your details with solar and energy partners so they can provide quotes; these partners must use your information only for the purpose for which it was supplied. We do not sell your personal information, and we don't add you to a marketing list without asking.
